6. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned products and credited to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned products.
